If you book a project (s) with us, we will receive your personal information from you. This personal information, which you fill in via our booking form, we use exclusively to arrange and book your requested participation in the project (s).   • our local partner organizations (ie contacts abroad, transport organization (s), if you use a transfer service, for example)

It is also possible that we receive relevant medical and / or vaccination data from you that are required for participation in a particular project. These data are also passed on exclusively to our local partner organization (ie contact person abroad, who is involved in your participation in the project).

In order to keep our future and old participants informed of our current and new projects, possible offers and events, we use newsletters and social media.
